OK this is a long hint but go to pacifidlog town and surf to the left you shuold see a big current keep exploring the current until you come to a diveing spot dive down then go to a rock where you can see BRAIL if you can read brail you can do it but still you might need my help so halt when you are facing the brail and surface you shoud have a wailord and a relicanth in your party and a pokemon with dig when you surface you should see a long room of brail go up to use dig on a tablet of brail a door will open go in it go up agian and keep wailord first in your party and relicanth last go up and read the brail when you finsh you will hear a sound of three doors opening in a distane get out of there im to tired to tell anymore come torrmorrow and i will come and tell it tomorrow

hi im back now lets get to work go to the deasert and go down south and you will a see a big rock being surrounded by little rocks go in the door on the big rock go to the top and you will see brail go up to it then go left two times and then down two times and use rock smash and a door will open a regirock will be there when you go in to the other room he will be very hard to catch so bring a lot of ultra balls when you catch him i think you can now do it a lone if you don,t know how to im sure someone will tell you
