mirage island appears rarely on route 130. Go to Pacifidlog town and in one of the houses have an old man looking out the window. he'll say if he can see it or not

i know that.... i thought maybe there was a second way...... :(

it"s quite simple. first you have to catch a mirage friendly pokemon(febas).u will know if it is one by going to the man in pacific log town.if your febas is mirage friendly pokemon he will say he can see the island.if not let it go and try again....hopes this help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look on google and go to vidio and search catch feebas and you'll find it!
