You need a cheating device to get it, now. | | Mirage Island | Hardest thing to get to in the game. Ever. I don't know exactly how to get it, but I know it was something with the game chooses a random number everyday, and if one of the Pokemon in your party has that number the island will appear. How confuzzling... | | Milotic | Sheesh, trying to catch Feebas is difficult, but trying to evolve it is a pain! You have to max out its Beauty (Blue Pokeblocks), then raise it up a few levels. | | Jirachi | Well, you can't get this little guy in the game, unless you have the Japanese version. I think you have to have the Colluseum Bonus Disk. | | Deoxys | Nintendo Event. You get the ticket, go onto the boat, and then figure out the puzzle that's on the island. |

Unlockable - Feebas to Milotic:
The other legandaries I do not know about, but evolving Feebas to a Milotic? Piece of cake.
All you have to do is use Poke' Blocks on Feebas that will get it's Beauty up. Then train Feebas and eventually it shall evolve into Milotic.
