First get a RELICANTH IN YOUR FIRST SLOT IN YOUR PARTY and A WAILORD IN YOUR LAST SLOT. Then head to Pacificalog city and go to the ocean current keep surfing and there should be a LITTLE PLACE TO DIVE. NOT A BIG ONE. So anyway dive there and head down and there should be a brail it says to use dive so dive here. Make sure you have a Pokemon that knows dig. Head towards the north wall right in the middle use dig. It should open. After that go inside and there should be another brail read it and there will be sounds three doors will open. Buy 20 ultra balls. Head to desert ruins go all the way south and there will be a huge rock with a hole. Go inside read the brail and go two steps right and two steps down and use strenth the brail will open and inside is regirock. Save before battleing him. GOOD LUCK!
