Unlockable - the regis:
people say that u have to use flash or rock smash somewhere. they are true but this is a shortcut. OK, now go to the ocean currents , try again anad again till u find a dive point go inside, there is a cave come down and u will find a kind of braille reading here.
read the braille (it says"come up here"). now u should have a wailord and a relicanth. put wailord in the first place of your party and switch relicanth to the last place(you should have a pokemon knowing dig. too get the tm dig go to fallarbor town and go left. there u find the fossil maniac's house. go in and a boy gives u the tm.)and read the braille again and dive up on the spot. u land up in a place called the sealed chamber. u find many brailles with a to z on them .ignore these brailles and goto the top of the room. here are three brailles on it. they are not one of the a to z brailles these say u to use dig on them just se dig in the middle one and it will say that u will return to underwater but u don't. it makes a cave in the place of the braille go to the top nd read the braille. then an earthquake appears. normally people say u need to go left left down down and use rock smash in one of the chambers to open the further door but using this cheat they get opened automatically!
