First, make sure you have these Pokemon:
*A Pokemon with Surf
*A Pokemon with Dive
*A Pokemon with Dig
*A Relicanth
*A Wailord
Now, go to that route west of Pacifidlog and follow the middle of the currents until you
find an area where you can use Dive (If you don't see it but reach Slateport City, you'll
have to start over.) Now go to the area where you can use Dive then use Dive to dive
underwater. Now keep going south until you find a braille thing. Go to it and surface.
Then, go north and up to the northmost braille and use Dig to open a pas.sage. Now to to
the next braille and put Wailord in the front of your party and Relicanth at the end and
voila! The Island Cave, Desert Ruins and Ancient Tomb have been opened!
