Unlockable - Pichu with Volt Tackle

I dunno if this works for this game but it works for the others.

First,you must have the item Light Ball
Breed a female Pikachu with Ditto and wait for the egg.(Pikachu must hold Light Ball.
After they lay the egg hatch it and it will be a Pichu with Volt Tackle.:)

   Tag it!

Chances are, capture as many Pikachu as possible. I caught 4 Pikachu in Sapphire and one of them had a Light Ball. And Migrated to my Diamond. :)
