Yep, be respectful but can I correct him this time..... The legendary dogs (Or what you said wild beasts) ONLY come out of the wild when you have defeated the elite four and a good idea to catch them is to use the master ball because he will just run away.

you can stop their "fleeing" if you dont want to use a master ball. just make wobbuffet first in your party. Oh you can use mirror coat on the dog. just make sure you save first coz it can kill the dog.
