First,beat the owner in silph co.next,go to floor 3.then,go down take a left and go into the room.find the red spot and step on it.it will bring you to floor 7.talk to the guy and he will thank you for saving them from team rocket.then he will give you a lapras.hope this helps you.it sure helped me.please try this. |
