Blizzard ( so that you can battle dragon vs dragon)
Wing attack( so that it overs grass types like venusaur)
Flamethrower( okay so pick any thing in this slot)

Thunder punch
thunderbolt
thunder( all electric types good against lorelei)

Blastoises recommended moves
hydro cannon
water pulse ( okay i dont need 2 say who ur up against dumb idiot)
bite ( so dat u can fight alakazam or a back up 2 jynx)
