These questions are very simple. An Action Reaplay and Gameshark are both the same thing. They are cheat devices just from different companies, though Action Replay I think is alot better. You can hook these 2 things in the game slot of your GBA or NDS. And yes you have to pay for both of them. You can get ethier of them at any Target, Gamestop, or Best Buy. A hypercam 2 is somthing you can donlowd on to your computer. What you do with it is you tape somting off of your game and glitch it up, like make the pokemon look different, and make the names different. Then you put it on sites like Youtube. A good example of this is Pokemon Quartz. Go to www.YouTube.com, then in the box type in pokemon quartz. This should give you a good idea of what hypecam 2 is. As far as paying for it I'm not sure, sorry. If you need any more help, plese write back soon.

No the game never has an ending. After you beat the Elite 4 2 times you have to complete your pokedex, Find the ruby and sapphire for Cello on 1 island, and raise your pokemon up to Lv100. The only legendaries you can get without "somthing special" are Articuno: Saform Islads, Moltrace: Mt. Ember, Zapdos: Power Plant, Mewtwo: Cerulen Cave, and 1 of the 3 legendary Dogs in the wild. This depends on which starter you chose. Entai: Venasure, Riku: Squrtil, Suicun: Charmander. Oter than those pokemon you can not get another legendary without Action Reaply, Gameshark, or by going to the Nintendo Event. You cant get to Naval Rock, Birth Island, or Faraway Island without a Gameshark Action Replay, or by going to the Nintendo Event in New York

it's not the tpm but i can still answer,anyway,yes you can catch ditto in pokemon maison and in the grass TO THE RIGHT of fuchia city and no you can't skip badges. yougo into the skyscraper beat geofarty then do the gym.
p.s.:the gym is a pichic gym

And PokeChris11, charizdrulis right ditto can be found outside of Fuchia City, but they can also be found in the pokemon mansion on cinbar island. And just to clear this up the skyskraper is Sliph Co. and geoforty is Giovani: the team rocket leder. it takes alon time to beat all of team Rocket, but then you go and battle the Saffron City Gym Leader.

When you beat Giovani(the team rocket leader) in Sliph Co. in Saffaron City, the Manager of Sliph Co. gives you a Master Ball. And just to give you some advice, don't use your master ball untill you find one of the Ledgendary Dogs. These depend on wich starter Pokemon you chose at the beggining of the game. Charmander: Siuicune, Bulbasure: Entei, Squrtill: Rikiu. Do not use it for ANY OTHER POKEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For me it took about 5 mounths OF COMPLETE DIVOTION to catch every pokemon. Now that have that done, to catch my Ledgendary Dog, Entei, I had a complete team of Lv67 Wobofet, and about 30 or 35 Ultra Balls. As soon as I new I could track him on my pokedex I kept walking in and out of the passageway from Fushia City to Route 15. I walked out of the passegway to Route 15 and tracked him untill he was there, be sure when you have him tracked to the spot you want not to use any HM move dont walk in or out of doors. If you do this he will stay there untill you save or turn the game off. Now, I got all of the Original pokemon with my fire red, then the Hoen and most of the Johto pokemon I got off my Pokemon Emerald game and traded over. Then I got my Action Replay and got the rest of the pokemon I needed(wich were very few). So yes I did use "somthing special" to get some of the poemon, I used an Action Replay.

how do u get pass the guard to get to saffron

First you have to go in the Undeground Path on Route 8 to Get to Celadon City. Once your there keep going strate passed the Pokemon Center and you will see a man and a Poliwrath. After that you will see a building and a sign reading Celadon Mansion. Go inside and you will see pokemon and an old lady. Talk to her and she will give you a cup of tea. Now just go to the Guard and offer him the Tea.
