Action Replay and Gameshark are the only ways to get other Masterballs.

To catch every Unkown you got to go to where you found the other Unkowns and go to the other places looking like the place. You need to take time to see all of them.

Well.. you need to go to any pokemon mart. Then, you will see a piece of paper on the counter. Go to it and then put " LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL". After that happens the clerk will tell you something. Save your game, turn it off, and when you turn on the game, you will see mystery gift. I'm don't really know what Wonder Gift your talking about I only know Mystery Gift.

Ok sorry, I didn't finish the other time I answered you. Here's the rest: When you turn on the game, you will see under the continue is new game and under new game will be Mystery Gift. Click on Mystery Gift and you need to have a Wireless Adapter to get it. Anyway, when you have just finish that it will tell you to GO TO ANY POKEMON MART FOR THE GREEN GUY WITH THE GREEN HAT AND HE IS NOT IN A POKEMON CENTER!
