Where is lugia In firered?


After you have defeated the elite four go to 1 island heal 6 pokemon at level 50. Once
done release all the level 50 pokemon you have. After that go to Mt Ember instead of
Moltres being there you will find a red lugia level 101. IT WORKS 100%

Where is Shadow Lugia in Firered?


After you beat Elite Four you must catch a level 100 lugia some how [Help from other
cheats]. then you go to any pc and release all your pokemon except your lugia and five
other pokemon level 5o and save the game. go to naval cave. In it you will find a Ho-oh,
before you battle it release your lugia. As he tries to escape HO-oh will battle him. They
have a fierce battle and after a shocking attack from Ho-oh they will combine to form
SHADOW LUGIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE will be easy to catch because of the battle he had.
