It is a good team, but there are a few moveset problems.

Kyogre - You don't need both Water Spout and Surf. Drop one of them and add in Ice Beam.

Rayquaza - You don't need both Hyper Beam and Secret Power. I'd drop Hyper Beam and add in
some other offensive move (Brick Break works well).

Hitmonchan - Hitmonchan does not really have the special attack to run Thunderpunch and
Ice Punch IMO. I'd dump both of them and add Substitute and either Earthquake or Rock
Slide.

Mewtwo - You don't need both Fire Blast and Flamethrower; I'd drop Fire Blast and add in
Ice Beam. Also, Shadow Ball is somewhat out of place; you may want to consider dropping
that as well.

Groudon - You don't need Eruption and Overheat. Since you have Solarbeam on there, I'd
probably dump Overheat and add in Earthquake.

Charizard - You don't need both Blast Burn and Flamethrower; dump Blast Burn and add in
Wing Attack or something like that.
