Together With All."Talk to a man in a shop or PokemonCenter.
Celio's "Quest":
Complete first 2 requirements in "Islands 4-7" Section.Go to where Team Rocket is.Battle
them.Win.Go inside the tunnel when(if)u win.Find red gem(ruby).Go back and talk to
Celio.He will give you the rainbow ticket allowing you to go to islands 4-7.Quest isn't
finished yet.Go to island 4.Keep going right then up.Surf up.Go in cave.Surf left then go
in tunnel.Find a way to the itemball.It is HM 7.Waterfall.Teach it to a Pokemon.Go out of
that tunnel.Surf to the waterfall.Use waterfall.Go down ladder.Go to the tunnel on
top.Help Lorelei beat team Rocket.Get out of the whole cave.Go to island6.Go down then
turn left at the first place u r able to.Then go down.Next go right when u r at the end.Go
up turn right and u might have to battle some people.Go in the cave and fall down the
hole.Go down more holes.Only 1 hole on each floor will take u to the next floor.The other
holes will take u back to the top.Each floor has its own special hole(the hole that leads
to the next room).The first one is up.That is all I can remember
