Here's Togepi 101 the togepi expert!!!

if you want togepi you need to have beaten the elite four twice. have your party love you. have an extra space in your party. go to five island and stay on beach. head north then surf. keep going left in the water labrienth. make your way left to an island with an old man on it with a female breeder. the old guy will give you an egg hatch it and you will have togepi!

in order to get a togetic make your togepi LOVE you and it shall evolve. my togepi evolved at lvl 29.
