all u do is just go in the gr*** outside viridian forest (bottom) and have a pokemon no
higher than 48 in your party then use max repel if it doesnt appear go in the building
this will switch raikou's location and it now should be in the gr***y area (repeat until
it appears) once u have seen it it will tell u where to find it on ya pokedex is this a
great answer or what for u only =)

23) and he stays in the hoenn map,, just go to a gr*** look 3 times,, then go somewhere
else(so you see above left a sign like route 10)and get back,, look 3 times again ,, and
repeat it till he comes,,the best is to keep your masterball for him cuase he always will

buy 15 max repels and go to route 2.use the max repel before you go in to the gr*** and
run through it. if nothing appears,go in to that building and then come out again and
repeat the same thing. when the legendary dog appears,if its a suicane get a
wobbefatbefore u go and try to find them .use a lv 49 scyther/scizzor and use false
swipe.then let that dog flee then keep on doing this until he has 1 hp left. then use a
haunter and make it go to sleep and use mean look (gastly learns that move at lv 48) and
keep on throwing ultra balls at it until u capture it. my raikou has 1 hp and im traing my
gastly on the sevii islands to lv 48 .

I caught a freaking suicune in like 10 miniutes, it would show up everywere i go,so i
transfered all my pokemon to emerald and started a new game,so far no luck finding a
freaking raikou,im suggesting for other people get a lv 44 pokemon with false swipe or
save your masterball,if you dont have one get ar or start a new game.END

am trying to catch it and it is working

get a golbat or crobat of the lv 40's or 50's and use mean look,then bring out another 40
or 50 pokemon and use false swipe. then hurl ultra balls.or as a last resort use your only
master ball if you didn't use it on mewtwo,zapdos etc.
