2. Go to the entrance of Rock Tunnel.

You have to get surf to go to the Power Plant.Inside the Power Plant is Zapados

1.You have to have the HM move surf.
2.You have to go to the rock tunnel.
3.You have to go up to the water.
4.Then you go right then down then left.
5.Get your way done and there should be a exit but do not go out becuse zapados is there.
6.It is the left exit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first you need to have surf. then go to rock tunnel near the pc.then go upwards from the
pc.then you'll see gr***es there.get p*** them by going upwards. then you'll see a place
to surf. keep on surfing then you'll see the entrance through the power plant. and Zapdos
is also there
