There is no exact place.
You can encounter it anytime.
You can only find it on gr*** or water.

My starter Pokemon is Squirtle , so I encountered Entei.I encountered Entei 3 times. First
,the route on the right of Vermillion City.Second , on water going to the Power Plant.
Third , somewhere on gr***.

Your starter is squirtle so you would encounter Rioku not Entei if you choose bulbasaur
you will get Entei because Entei being a fire type will have an advantage etc.

If you select SUICUNE Pokedex entry, choose Area and
then if a banner says AREA UNKNOWN there are no more.
BUT if there IS a red area on the map then there ARE
more SUICUNE.

I caught mine in pallet town actually. I heard you could catch it there from some guy but
i didn't believe him, but i tried it any way and it worked! Here's what you do:
Go down that little stream to where the tangelas live on that little peice of land.
Release five pokemon from your party then catch five tangelas (with pokeballs ONLY, it
won't work properly if you use a great ball or something, swim around in the water (close
enough so you can see the spot where you caught your tangelas)and look for a suicune,it
took me 45 mi***es to find one but i caught one in the end!
PS: you don't have to do the whole tangelas thing but when i did it, then traded it to a
friend that traded it back, it was YELLOW and PINK!

Can't you put your pokemon in the PC?
