how do i finf acut so i can get out ofceru;ean city

gnomelord14 0	1 This is how you get cut... You do not need cut to get out of Cerulean City. To get out of their, you need to beat Misty and the police officer will move away from the door to that house. You will then find your way down south to Vermillion City.
