u did'nt choose chamander as ur starter!

First of all, you have to have had Charmander as your starter. If you did, then you will find Suicune in random grassy areas all around Kanto. If you chose Squirtle as a starter, you can do the same with Raicou, and if you chose Bulbasaur, you can get Entei. Hope I helped!
