yes but u can only get them in emreld. surprising i think im one of the very that know how to get it.=) ill tell u. first u need to get latios and latis and rayquaza. have them all in ur party, go to the cave thats in the city that on water. save the game.turn on and then turn back on. latitosa will be there. but i cant get it because i gave my emreld away.
