here is how you do itbeat the champion then go to Cerulean Cave and go to the the very end and you'll find Mewtwo. |

I knoGo to the sevii islands and go to the professor guy on island 1 and hell send you on a quest, which will end in you getting the rockets off island 5. Then you can get mew. |
