Beat the Elite 4 twice then go to five islands, make an extra space in your party and your
team must LOVE you. go back to the beach follow it up far as you can gothen surf. when you
arrive at the water labyrinth make your way left go left until you reach an island with an
old guy and a pokemon breeder talk to the old guy and he asks you..."you traveled all
the way here? well you aren't pushing your pokemon too hard. take this egg" BAM! you
got togepi's egg just hatch it make it LOVE you and it will evolve mine evolved into
