SAVE BEFORE THE BATTLE BEGNS!

Moltres will be at level 50 with these moves:
Agility
Fire Spin
Flame Thrower
Endure

So before you are in a battle with Moltres put any pokemon that knows thunder wave at the
beggining of your party. Once youre in the battle with moltres use thunder wave then
switch your pokemon. now use any pokemon thats level is between 40-50 & use
simple-weak attacks until its hp is not too low but below the middle.

Now this is important!

Have a weak pokemon with the ability 'flash fire' this pokemon should be level 25 or less.
So watever move Moltres uses, it cant kill the pokemon you are using. Then get moltreses
HP as low as possible (1 or 2 but no more) & start throwing ultra balls & great
balls at it (dont tell me u cant catch a legendary with great balls- i caught my zapdos
with one on the first try!) & if it doesnt work after 20 tries start using timer
balls. & if it still doesnt work, well this can mean a few things:

1-You are out of luck
2-You are a psychopath
3-You didnt follow the instructions properly
