You're probably wondering why the dude won't let you in Cerulean Cave, even thogh you beat
the Elite Four. Well, go to One Island and talk to Celio. He'll tell you to get two gems
for him. Not only do they let you in Cerulean Cave, they also let you link up with Ruby
and Sapphire! One's on Mt. Ember and one's in Dotted Hole on Six Island.(use cut) Once you
get into Cerulean Cave, You can go look for Mewtwo deep in the cave!!!<table
