i have the radio tower all cleared out but i dont no where the power plant is? can someone help me! i need anwsers fast

The power plant.

You have to know the move surf to do this!!!!

1st; Fly (or walk, depends on if you're lazy or not) to celadon city.

2cd; go to where Bill's (the guy who made the PC) house and surf.

3rd; keep surfing 'till you get to a big building with a scientist standing in the front. that's how you get to the power plant
