Pokemon Gold/Silver Hints

Deposit any pokemon save the game then
then go to a new box it will say saving don`t turn off the power
Turn the game off when it says saving[turn game off]
when you turn it back on there should be a pokemon in your hand
and in your pc

GS ball-
catch all 250 pokemon and go to prof elm and he will give you a gs ball
Legendary dogs Capture-
use max/super repel on the area and get a pokemon with mean look (golbat,gastly,haunter).equiped with quick claw and use mean look on the dogs and use fast/ultra/master balls to capture.

talk to him if you have a space in your party he will give you an egg if you dont instead of
waiting he will say: MY MY! ILL JUST KEEP IT THEN!The egg will hatch into a PIKAELECTRA.

The bug contest is held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at Goldenrod. When you go to the building that leads to the park there will be a man. Talk to him and take the test. When you catch scyther or butterfree, go back and tell him you want to stop. He will tell you who came in what place. If you come in 1st, you will get a sun stone.

At night, go to the entrance to the National Park on Route 35. You will see a man standing at the wall(outside). Talk to him, and he will battle you. There is also a policeman near the daycare by Goldenrod City, again only at night.

While in the Ruins of Alpha go to the Pokegear option in the menu screen. Go to the radio option and on the fourteenth to the twentieth channel you can find a station Called ??????. That is the Unown Music. It can only be heard here

Track a dog down until it stops then run at it with bike so you can catch it![to track dog, use pokedex nest finder]

You need to have an empty pokemon space for this.
1)Go to goldenrod. go up and into the gateway.
2)talk to the guy on the left and he'll ask u to deliver a pokemon to his friend.
3)say yes. now go to violet and go right, through the gateway, and talk to the chubby dude next to the bitter berry tree.
4)give him the delivered pokemon(named kenya)and he'll read the mail.
5)he'll thank u by giving u TM50 Nightmare, which vuts 1/4 of the opponent's health when they're asleep.
6)go back to the guy who gave u kenya and he'll thank u by giving u an HP UP.
