how to get the expn card i have found jessie and james in fuschia,the game corner and in lavender tower even in silph.co so how do i get the expn card and theres one guy whos blocking the rock tunnel how do i get past him plzzz help me ive been waiting for 2 months then i found this site

Go to lavender town.
then go through the cave to the north and go to the powner´plant
speak to everybody in there and go out and trough the cave again to lavender radio tower
and ask the radio director and then u got a EXPN CARD
