How do i get surf on pokemon silver?


how do i get HM03? i cant cut down this one tree..it moves around.

look in i think the little houses in goldenrod. the plant one. the lady should give it to
you. than spray it on the "tree" save the game though before you battle it.. its the only
on in the whoole game.

The tree is Sudowoodo


You need what's called the Squirtbottle, which you get from a lady near a house (or inside
one) near the Azalea gym. Then use it o the tree and catch Sudowoodo.
