He's on five island near the big patch of grass. So get it and give it to celio on one island. After that head to cerulian city in that cave that the old lady is. She's gone and now go on in find your way to mewtwo. Make sure you save before you fight him and buy an escape rope and 30 ultra balls. He knows swift, psicic,recover and light screen. GOOD LUCK!
