cheat wise you need Ar or Gs and you type in a code that idk and you will get 999 master
balls but thatsreally uless sense theres ot even close to 999 pokemon

i dont know where they are but the 999 master balls arestill good because if you save
before you battle a legendairy then you can get another gba and gba game and trade the
legendairy tothe other gba yhen turn it off and battle again then just repeat till you
want to stop and trade back

you must found ruby and sapphire to trade with emerald ruby sapphire you trade so you can
get 2 rayqaza.
