beat blaine, then giovani, and elite 4 then go back to mount ember and battle the team rocket grunts then go through, keep goingg, and then you get it. to get sapphire, go to team rockets warehouse then make it through battle a scientist,and get iteed to give the ruby to celio and he will give you the rainnbow pass which allows you to gbo to five isle meadow which is where the ware house is. hope this helps a lot.
