u have to beat the gym 2 times (they get stronger when u come back). use surf to get to the cave and the guy will be gone!

ive beaten the elite 4 twice and he isnt gone. i walked up 2 him and he tells me that i would 1st have 2 beat the elite 4, wich ive done, and also i would have 2 make a great acheivement. what is it??
