zapdos is right next to a cave in a lab and i dont no how to make it to a master ball

or you can give up and slit your wrists like a good little emo or you can try harder

get a pokemon that knows false swipe, like marowak, and train it to level 50 or something. when youre battling moltres use a level 75 pokemon with the move quick attack or another 'not very strong attack'. when moltres is in the yellow zone, switch to marowak and keep using false swipe. it should take about 3 turns. then moltres will have only one hp. then switch to a pokemon like drowzee or hypno and use hypnosis. itll take about 30 ultraballs to catch moltres. try using timer balls too.

ps. zapdos is near the rock tunnel. surf in the water and youll reach the power plant. zapdos is in there.
