Walkthrough - dont believe everything you read (or hear)

 a lot of people submit cheats, even though they are fake, so here are the truths:

1)getting one pokemon to lvl 100 and restarting WILL NOT GET YOU THE BEST POKEMON!!!
2)pressing START+SELECT+B+A is like offing and onning your game, it will not turn a
pokeball into masterball or any other nonsense like that.
3)there is absolutely no way of getting any sinnoh pokemon in emerald, they werent thought
of at that time.
4)there is no way of going to the moon, its just a rumour, but plz feel free to prove me
otherwise.
5)turning already caught pokemon into shiny pokemon is just fake, you have to catch them
as shiny, thats about it.
6)the chance of finding shiny pokemon is 1/8192 and there is no way of improving them,
except for with a cheat cartridge.
7)shiny pokemon are just as strong as ordinary ones(except for those with pkrs).
8)pokerus is not a bad thing, it infact makes your pokemon grow stronger.
9)pokerus does wear off, unless the infected pokemon stays in the PC.
10)the walk through walls cheat can corrupt your game data and freeze your game, so its
not a good idea at all.
11)the only way of getting to deoxys is by getting the aurora ticket from events, by
cheating or by mixing records with someone who has the aurora ticket that works.

these are the only ones i have found out about to correct so far, so if you see a cheat
that you think that's wrong, plz tell me so i can help you out.
