The Elite for members have the following pkmn
1st loreli ice
2nd Bruno Ground/fighting
3rd agahtha ghost posion
4th lance dragon 
champion rival mix

for loreli use electric/fire but be careful of fire since ice may know water moves loreli
also has a pyschic type jinx so dark will help here too

Bruno uses Rock ground and fighting so use water/grass and flying

Agatha has ghost and posion so use dark moves like bite and pyshic moves for the posion
pkmn

Lance is dragon so use dragon moves or ice ICE is better since dragon is weak against
dragon

the champion has a flying/water starter flying and more (i forgot but they are differnt
types of pkmn so i recommend using An electric pkmn for the water/flying and flying and
maybe the starter and then use fire and water poekmon has well 
and tahts the elite four plus one
