Unlockable - get surf not solar cave
what i did was keep playing after u beat raquaza until one time when u try to cross pokemon square bellsprout will stop and spinda comes he gives you a clear wing and talks about a mirage pokemon (ho-oh) then u go through great canyon and talk to xatu he tells u about the shadows of the mirage pokemon(entei,raiku,suikune)and gives u surf and access to fiery field entei at final floor.
