When u complete the game u have to go to mt.thunder again (to get zapdos)on your own.
u should be gold rank to recruit him or u cant.
so you should go on your own and defeat him.
hes lv 45 to let you know

you dont have to be gold rank your team just ****ed you can use a friend bow and recruit him with a partner dummy
