rank.

you have to hsve lucario rank and on the second day you have it you cant have any missions
in your job list

the only way to get lucario its to have lucario rank all friends area and have all the
legendary pokemon

I have 17000 rescue points, and i know 4 a fact that u can't get lucario... I would love 2
have him tho! Sorry...

First you need to have beaten rayquayza, then you need all friend areas and dungeons, next
you need to recruit every legendary, and lastly talk to Alakazam, then lucario will walk
