no you dont get ho-oh in the first time beating it because it is part of the storyline so
when you beat it and the story bit is done with go and fight it again and again until it
joins you.

I beat Entei, Raikou, Suicune, and Ho-oh, but I still don't have access to Wish Cave!

to get to wish cave you have to go to wiscash every morning where ekans and medicham
should be talkin to the left of the pond interupt them for a few days then they will
disappear eventually ekans will come and ask you to go to wish cave to save medicham then
that gives you access to wish cave

But actually, Ekans didn't ask me for it.. Medicham was the one.. *Bulletin Board*

yeah but if you hadnt have seen it on the bulletin board then eventually ekans would have
came lol

LoL I see some people here saying that Gengar-escorting thing is hard, but for me it was a
lot easier than rescuing Medicham in Wish Cave

i found it really easy (except from gengar tryin to help me battle lol) probably because
my delcatty and kyogre were both level 85 at that point

i thought wish cave was super easy because i used swinub and charmander (they level really
quik) plus i took 19 joy seeds and a tight belt lol

Where to get tight belt?

I was on level 49 when getting Gengar to places lol

i honestly cant remember but i can give the wonder mail of the mission i did tight belt
