DRAGONS RULE!

Fighting and ground- Has 5 different types that are weak against those type of moves.

Steel- 11 out of the 17 known types do "Not very-effective" damage.

Normal- No super-effective hits, but these are some advantages:

-A Normal-type's only weakness are Fighting-types.
-Normal-types can learn a wide variety of moves from TMs and HMs.
-Normal-type moves are usually very Special. (Such as Explosion, Metronome, and Hidden Power.)

Ghost and Dragon- They're the only types that do super effective damage to their own type.

Fire, Ice, and Poison- Fire-types can't be Burned, Ice-types can't be Frozen, and Poison-types can't be Poisoned.

All of the following have aren't affected by a certain type:

Steel=Poison
Ground=Electric
Flying=Ground
Normal=Ghost
Ghost=Fighting
Ghost=Normal
Dark=Psychic

Type for pokemon.=Type that doesn't effect it.

All types affect one another. That's what makes them all special! And why you should have as many types on your Team as possible!
