First, you need to beat Rayquaza to get here. You wake up again, and there are more random
missions to take on, that can give you some secret friend areas. Earn Boulder Cave to
unlock Southern Cavern, and Dragon Cave for Wyvern Hill, where you can get HM Fly to go
back to Sky Tower and attempt to recruit Rayquaza. Not an easy feat. Earn the Sky-Blue
Plains to unlock several events. First, you can get the Smeargle mission from the bulletin
board. He is in Howling Forest. Rescue him, and he'll join your team. He is Level Five and
can repaint your flag. Also, go to Whiscash Pond to see Medicham and Ekans talking.
They'll realize you're listening in, and shut their big fat mouths. Go back the next day
to do it again. Keep on doing that until they're not at Whiscash Pond anymore. They'll be
at the bulletin board. Talk to them over and over and over again. After they decide to
"go", Ekans will come back, but Medicham got stuck. Keep talking to him until
there's a mission he put up their to go to Wish Cave. It has 99 floors, but you only have
to go to B20F. However, Jirachi is on B99F, so your reward is the Wish Stone, which
awakens Jirachi (if you ever get there) Then they'll tell you Gengar is missing, too. Do
more missions for one day, and Gengar will come up and ask you to help him climb Mt.
Freeze, but he won't go with you anywhere else. Do it, it should be a breeze by now, and
you'll meet Ninetales again. Ninetales will give you the 9-Tail Crest and send you to the
twentieth floor of Murky Cave. Then you have to answer a few questions and rescue
Gardevoir. The next day, she's in Pokemon Square and wants to join your rescue team. She's
in Sky-Blue Plains. There are new Freind Areas to buy, too. Serene Sea gets you Grand Sea
and Far-Off Sea. You will need HM Dive. Secretive Forest gets you Darknight Relic. Furnace
Desert gets Desert Region. Aged Chamber AN and Aged Chamber O? get you Unown Relic.
Southern Island gets you Northern Range, where you battle Latios becuase he stole some TMs
to rescue his sister, Latias. Beat him to get sent to Pitfall Valley. Rescue Latias for
both to join your team. After getting Sky-Blue Plains AND Lati@s, you get Joyous Tower and
Purity Forest. Joyous Tower is just a big dungeon. Purity Forest has Celebi on 99F. Talk
to Medicham and Lombre and Whiscash, too, to get HM Dive. Then you can recruit Moltres,
Zapdos, and Articuno to go to Silver Trench for Lugia (WHOOHOO!!!!!!!!)Recruit Lugia to go
to Meteor Cave to recruit Deoxys. You can also go to Stormy Sea for Kyogre on B40F. After
beating (and hopefully recruiting) him, you can go to Buried Relic. Regirock is on B15F,
Regice on B25F, Registeel on B35F. Mew appears after getting the Music Box on B36F-B98F.
She will transform. After getting Dive, you can unlock Solar Cave, with HMs Surf and
Waterall. Get Waterfall to go to Waterfall Pond, which just has a bazillion Water Pokemon.
Get Surf to go to Fiery Field, which contains Entei. Beat him to go to Lightning Field for
Raikou, then again for Northwind Field for Suicune. Get the Rainbow Feather to go to Mt.
Faraway to recruit Ho-Oh. Get Ho-Oh to go to Western Cave for Mewtwo, and that's it. What
