Walkthroughs - how to beat rayquaza and groudon

ya I insalted them XD anyway lets get going!

beating groudon:
beating groudon is simple.this works with all types!

keep throwing gravelrocks at em till they are in front of u.when they are leave your
partner in risk and move back one and keep throwing gravelrocks.then go diaganel and take
your partners place but use moves(dont use moves that lower or raise stats).
you can use oran berries if your hp gets short.then throw about 6 gravelrocks and it
should faint.

beating rayquaza:
medium types suggested:water,fire,normal,grass,thunder,

like groudon keep throwing gravelrocks till its in front of u.then use moves like
crazy(but only use about 7 or 8 moves)!then throw 9gravelrocks and use about 5 or 6 moves
and itll faint.use oran berries if your losing hp!
