If you have Ruby,Saphire,or Emerald then turn it on and fallow these rools
1.Go to pacificlogtown and surf East until you get to a place where you can dive but be careful sometimes you might slip away... hrm er sorry so use dive
2. you will be in temple and keep going straight until theres a dead end and press A.The sayings should be in braille so it says first wailord last relicanth so put wailord first in team and relicanth last
3.I think a door should open in front of you and...and........and.............blah blam this peace of **** just get the three regis and migrate them to pearl and the lady guarding snowpoint temple wont be there and if she is than pass but you need the three regis


P.S.The floors are made by ice and you will slip on them so think before going a way

you will need to have obtained the national dex in order to be able to get to the temple
which is obtainable when you have finished the sinmnoh pokedex and beaten the pokemon
league

Dunno if that guy answered it but all you need to do is get national and beat elite 4/5
then a girl will come behind you and say its ok to let you in P.S If your trying to get
regigice you need registeel regirock and regice fromemerald ruby or saphire.
