Grab a repel use lots of arbs and give an X speed to a golbat that knows meanlook, and make sure you have latios on your pokedex, and your ready. Go to route 121 and go inside the safari zone and emediately go back out. check the pokedex, and if latios is not in your route keep doing this until it is. when it is, use repel and search until you find him. use golbat, use meanlook, weaken him, and start chuking the Ultra Balls!
P.S. if latios runs away or kills your golbat, use this cheat again. latios will retain HP from the last time.
