i also have this problem. have tried like 15 times but maybe we'll have to use dive in
front of the entrance instead of in the entrance!

you need to use Fly when you reached the underwater cave and got up to the overground
again. then just select quarztower t.

go inside the underwater cave and then use dive inside it

guys there is a way out or not i really wanna go to quartztower town but the problem is
that i cant enter the watercave and i cant fly on the city what should i do somebody tell

i can submerge but i only get stuck in a white wall if i try to fly the town cant be
accesed

Me too, i always end up on the white wall...then i just use fly to get to grey stone...i
try it all ver again..but still i cant gat through quartz tower...will you please help

There is no way you could get into the Quartztower T. for Pokemon Quartz is a hack, cheat,
and a fake from Pokemon Ruby. Even if you find the entrance, you can never enter if you're

After completing more than half of of yhe game they say that there is no way to reach
Quartztower . So that means the game is tatally bullshit
