Glitch - glitch over lv 100 pokemon

first u go to viridian city talk to guy he will teach u how to catch pokemon. then head over to fuchian city and head south. after going down there at the islands there is part that is on half land and half water. A lot of other people know this cheat but somehow i found a lv.149 mewtwo there!!!!!!!!!!!!! have fun
