first go to the celadon dept. store go to the roof and go to the vending machines and buy 3 fresh waters, 3 soda pops, and 3 lemonades. Then go to the mansion right by the guy who scalded his tongue go inside talk to the lady and she will say something like this "don't spend your money on all those drinks" then she will give you a hot tea drink take that through the pathway to saffron and he will say something and you will give him the drink automatically. he will share his drink with all the other guards from there on you can go through to saffron. good luck any questions put it on here i will try to anwser and have fun.
