First, find the secret house in the safari zone (It's hard because you only have a couple of sterps and it's VERY hard to find) Next,on your way there you should find golden teeth as an item. Talk to the guy in the house. He gives you surf. Go to the guy with no teeth's house. He can talk again. He gives you strenth! Use it to move that rock to get a rare candy.
